The Corporate Real Estate Finance provides companies with 5 to 25 year fixed rates and through Amerifund’s affiliate for larger companies, a FINANCE LEASE option to almost double the financing amount on existing facilities, construction-to-perm financing at 100% of cost for to-be-built projects and up to 30 year financing.
